Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Avea, you will be responsible for initiating, executing, and reporting on digital marketing initiatives to drive awareness and conversions in the longevity supplement industry.

• Drive digital performance marketing across channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Requirements

• German language bilingual or native level.
• University degree in quantitative majors preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Experience in paid performance campaigns (Meta & Google).
• Team player with problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of Excel.
• Familiarity with online shopping and customer acquisition.
• Experience in data management (preferably Tableau) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics required.
• Interest in the longevity industry.
