Software Developer ALM / Polarion (m/f/d) - Remote

We are looking for you! 🚀 Our modern, fully remote IT startup is part of a strong corporate group and is growing sustainably. We need reinforcement in two of our teams: Solution Implementation and Product Development & Support (PDS) Team.

Whether you are particularly interested in one of the two teams or are open to both – if you have experience in ALM and Polarion is not a foreign word for you, then read on!

In Short

• Work on innovative solutions for clients in the Solution Implementation Team.
• Consult clients on optimal use of ALM tools.
• Focus on further development of Polarion-based solutions in the PDS Team.
• Flexibility in tool selection with essential ALM expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development or ALM.
• Strong knowledge of ALM systems, ideally Polarion.
• Good command of English and at least B1 in German.
• Work independently in a fully remote team.
• 100% remote work or co-working options available.
• Fair compensation starting at 50,000 EUR per year.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development or ALM.
• Strong knowledge of ALM systems, particularly Polarion.
• Proficient in the tech stack including Java, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
• Good communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
