• Drive Tableau Reporting Excellence: Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Enhance Financial Insights: Analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend strategies.
• Manage Property Performance: Oversee daily analysis of property-level financial performance.
• Build and Maintain Models: Develop financial models to track and forecast property revenue, occupancy, and expenses.
• Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage cross-functional projects and communications.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to optimize portfolio performance.
• Prepare and Present Reports: Deliver data-driven reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Engage with Homeowners & Realtors: Lead conversations with strategic recommendations.
• Refine Processes: Improve tools and workflows for operational efficiency.
