The Digital Producer at Avalere Health plays a key role in planning and managing digital projects that enhance audience engagement and provide business solutions for healthcare clients.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of digital project delivery.
• Serve as a technology point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project scoping and requirements gathering.
• Track team hours and contribute to project budget oversight.
• Ensure quality of project deliverables through quality control checks.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying solutions and generating project opportunities.
• Support a culture of enthusiasm around digital design and UX best practices.
• Stay updated with new technologies.
• Attend daily Dev/QA standup meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital project management or production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with integrated digital solutions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical/medical communications is a plus.
• Knowledge of US and EU data privacy standards is a plus.
• Creative agency and/or Life Sciences industry experience is a plus.
