Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital production and Agile project management.
• Deep understanding of creative production for digital assets.
• Proven ability to address project roadblocks and improve processes.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with CMS platforms and web production.
• Strong technical understanding of web-based production.
• Ability to bridge creative and technical teams.
• Experience with A/B testing and UX best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
