Account Supervisor (Pharma Agency) - Remote

Overview

The Account Supervisor manages the client services team across single or multiple clients, taking ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion.

In Short

• Primary contact between the client and internal agency team.
• Handles multiple projects and clients under pressure.
• Understands clients' brand and objectives.
• Acts as a bridge between client and brand strategy.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Works with multiple departments for quality control.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years client services experience.
• Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required.
• Experience with social, email, banners, and website launches.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent discipline.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Advanced PC experience with MS Office Suite.
