Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative, highly scalable cloud software systems.

In Short

Engage in hands-on software development and coding tasks.
Define and drive the overall architectural strategy.
Lead the design and development of next-generation platforms.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
Address performance, scalability, observability, and security challenges.
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Identify and mitigate technical risks.
Foster a culture of learning and professional growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
15+ years in software development and architecture.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (e.g., .NET, C#, Java).
Experience with cloud-native applications and shared services.
Expertise in architectural styles and design patterns.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs and secure authentication protocols.
Experience with eventing technologies and databases.
Hands-on experience with public cloud providers and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, TDD, BDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
Fluent English is a requirement for this role.
