In Short

• Independent handling of all accounting processes in main, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting for local accounting as well as IFRS
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Maintenance of master data and ensuring data quality in the ERP system
• Support in tax reporting and audits
• Assistance in the operational purchasing process, especially in creating and maintaining orders
• Contributing to the development and digitization of accounting processes
• Preparation and accompaniment of internal and external audits
• Conducting account reconciliations and booking complex business transactions
• Collaboration with external partners such as tax advisors, auditors, and financial authorities
• Participation in internal financial reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc evaluations

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training ideally with ongoing or completed training as a certified accountant
• Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a corporate or international environment
• Confident handling of HGB, initial IFRS knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with ERP systems and good Excel skills
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration in a local and international environment
• Fluent German, English skills are an advantage
