As a Service Agent at AUTODOC PRO, you play a crucial role in the success of the workshops in your area. You are the personal link between our platform and the workshops that rely on you. From managing returns to maintaining long-term customer relationships, you are responsible for ensuring that every workshop receives professional and personal support while using the AUTODOC PRO platform.

In Short

• Customer service in the field without sales
• Visit workshops in your region to clarify basic questions about the AUTODOC PRO platform.
• Manage product returns by receiving spare parts and organizing the process efficiently.
• Act as the point of contact for workshops needing support and collaborate with our contact center as needed.
• Inform workshops about new features, products, and promotions to keep them updated.
• Log important details in our system after each visit to perfect customer support.

Requirements

• A friendly and helpful personality that builds good customer relationships.
• Proficient in using apps and online tools.
• A valid driving license of class B and willingness to travel on-site.
• Fluent in German and excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
