In Short

• Responsible for the release of repair orders for our vehicles
• Identify damage to used cars reliably and assess it
• Take responsibility for administrative tasks such as processing customer complaints
• Create calculations with parts recording via the logistics program and ensure quality assurance and control of the evaluated data
• Support our partner workshops and own refurbishment centers in technical support
• Contribute significantly to the optimization of our vehicle preparation and further develop processes and standards

Requirements

• Experience as a car consultant, automotive master, logistician, or car salesperson, and/or solid knowledge in the automotive sector
• Experience with cost calculation and damage assessment or other comparable tools
• Structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills, basic knowledge of English, and familiar with common software applications (like Microsoft Office)
• Flexible and quick comprehension and willingness to work at flexible locations
