Operations Manager - Production (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

The Operations Manager in the Production Department is responsible for the supply chain process behind the online experience of purchasing used cars for private customers—from vehicle repair to delivery via glass truck or transport to pick-up locations. We aim to redefine the used car market for private customers with superior production processes.

In Short

• Directly contribute to the continuous improvement of existing production processes and implement improvement measures independently.
• Design and expand the infrastructure for one of our in-house production sites in Germany for our retail brand Autohero.
• Create demand and economic analyses for the procurement of new equipment.
• Responsible for the implementation of new software solutions for collecting metrics and visualizing production flow.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Affinity for entrepreneurship, digital business models, and/or the automotive industry.
• Analytical, systematic working style with a process-oriented mindset and high degree of independence.
• Results-oriented and able to maintain composure during analytical thinking processes to improve and simplify processes.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel to implement projects on-site.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills.
