Junior Credit Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Credit Management Specialist to join our Captive Finance Team, responsible for the business development of the credit business and collections in our Autohero Finance Department.

In Short

• Manage our international Autohero Consumer Finance portfolio and ensure smooth service.
• Communicate with customers, service providers, authorities, and agencies through phone and written support.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent customers.
• Act as a liaison to other departments and maintain close collaboration.
• Support your team in process improvements and contribute ideas.
• Be the point of contact for customers interested in financing.
• Completed commercial training with a good understanding of numbers.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer contact and negotiation, experience in debt collection is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in common office and Google products, experience with CRM tools.
• Very good German language skills, good English skills are a plus.
