Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of Authorium onboarding and implementation projects or consulting projects to meet the needs of the customer, as defined in the scope of work (SOW). Their role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the allocated budget, and according to the defined scope and quality standards.

• Define/confirm project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Create a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
• Lead project teams and coordinate activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and change requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in a consulting or technology environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site customer work.
