Requirements

• Sales talent with drive and persuasiveness, ideally with experience in IT services or recruitment.
• Good technical understanding to recognize and optimize expert profiles for IT projects.
• Knowledge of microcontrollers; familiarity with Java Spring Boot and Kubernetes; understanding of PyTorch is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to phone calls.
• Possess a growth mindset and a desire for continuous improvement.
