Overview

The Customer Order Desk Specialist will be responsible for ordering goods, ensuring timely delivery, and providing supply chain analysis to stakeholders within the automotive sector.

In Short

• Ordering of goods to supplying plants and external suppliers
• Ensure 100% delivery on-time to JP warehouse
• Inventory checking and optimizing
• Key in logistics data into IT systems (e.g. SAP)
• Provide supply chain analysis
• Manage inventory and KPI metrics
• Cost-effective resource utilization
• Frequent contact with suppliers and customers
• Escalation function for issues
• Team-oriented collaboration

Requirements

• More than 3 years of working experience
• 2 years in logistics, import or export operations
• 2 years in the automotive sector preferred
• Business English skills
• MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Outlook/Teams)
• Teamwork-oriented mindset
