Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Management - Remote

Overview

This position is dedicated to driving BD excellence and supporting operational needs to enable business growth within the Critical Care division, focusing on supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.

In Short

• Act as a local supply chain resource for BD's Critical Care division.
• Manage logistics and warehouse operations with 3PL providers.
• Conduct analysis to improve supply chain operations.
• Generate and validate monthly Net Demand Forecast.
• Prepare for budget cycles related to demand, inventory, and freight.
• Collaborate with logistics for cost and service improvements.
• Support new product launch planning.
• Minimize expired products and manage inventory effectively.
• Communicate with management on delivery statuses and back-orders.
• Act as a backup for team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of supply chain management experience.
• Experience in demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Proficient in ERP systems (JDE, SAP).
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning.
• Experience with Statistical Forecasting Tools is a plus.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Critical thinking and adaptability skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
