In Short

• Electrical Supervision of Oil and Gas Facility design projects.
• Design, Review and oversee Electrical design of junior engineers and designers.
• Responsible for creation of one-line diagrams, Hazardous Area Classification drawings, Panel Schedules, cable schedules, and grounding design.
• Creates or oversees the development of power systems models to include Arc Flash studies and Load Flow Studies.
• Work independently to complete tasks in the given timeframe and budget.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years proven electrical engineering design experience in Oil & Gas.
• Heavy industrial projects (Oil and Gas, Mining, Power Generation, Water and Wastewater).
• Experience in creation and reviewing electrical design, construction and commissioning documents.
• A BSEE degree from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• PE License or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Working knowledge of design codes and standards, specifically NFPA, NEC, NESC, API, ISA and AGA.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints.
• Familiarity with electrical modeling software, specifically ETAP and SKM.
