We’re hiring a Global Specialist in Category Management and Financial Analysis to contribute to strategic decision-making in an international environment.

• Build dashboards and analytical tools to evaluate category performance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Generate insights to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with finance, design, and other teams to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Lead deep-dive analysis projects and develop business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience (ideally in CPG, healthcare or pharma, but other sectors are welcome).
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, charts, process automation via macros or VBA.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical mindset, effective communication, and collaborative approach.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
