Atticus is a platform that connects people with disabilities to government benefits and helps victims of accidents get compensation. The company is growing rapidly and is looking for a Product Manager to lead the transformation of their product offerings.

In Short

• Lead the effort to transform Atticus's product into a scalable platform.
• Craft a strategic plan and roadmap for product development.
• Coordinate teams across design, engineering, and client service.
• Own key metrics and outcomes related to product performance.
• Conduct data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Implement best practices in product development.
• Empathize with users, including disabled and older individuals.
• Work closely with the COO and Director of Product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to set product vision and strategy.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Mastery of analytics platforms.
• Experience running lean experiments.
• Commitment to helping people and doing good.
• Bonus: Experience with consumer services or two-sided marketplaces.
