Vice President, Product & Litigation - Remote

Overview

Attentive is seeking a Vice President, Product & Litigation to manage a team of attorneys and ensure compliance with laws and regulations while supporting business initiatives.

In Short

• Manage a legal team advising on product, compliance, and litigation matters.
• Ensure product compliance with US and internal laws.
• Support internal stakeholders on compliance issues.
• Formulate legal policies and processes for the organization.
• Develop internal policies and resources for compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant industry laws and regulations.
• Act as the first line of defense for legal complaints.
• Collaborate with outside counsel on litigation matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and qualified to practice law in-house.
• At least 12 years of legal experience.
• Experience managing a team and coaching product attorneys.
• Strong business-friendly legal style.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Experience with TCPA and CTIA is a plus.
