The Professional Services Coordinator at Attentive will work closely with major brands to execute optimized retention marketing strategies, ensuring customer success on the Attentive platform.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Support, or Agency roles.
  • Understanding of key metrics relevant to Attentive customers.
  • Motivated by helping others and teamwork.
  • Ability to understand the impact of daily work on customer goals.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective time management skills.
  • Proactive communicator, comfortable with various communication tools.
  • Must be located in a Central or East Coast region.
