ATPCO is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, development, and industry adoption of our Product Catalog initiative—a critical platform shaping the future of airline pricing and merchandising.

• Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Catalog.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to global rollout.
• Champion industry engagement and adoption of Product Catalog.
• Serve as the primary liaison with key external stakeholders.

• Guide trade-off decisions to optimize product value.
• Mentor senior product managers and foster a customer-centric culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience in the airline, travel tech, or distribution space.
• Strong track record of driving industry collaboration.
• Expertise in managing product strategy at a global scale.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
