Overview

The Regional Maintenance Manager is a highly skilled, hands-on leader responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily housing communities, ensuring physical asset preservation and team performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or training role.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and housing codes.
• Advanced user of Yardi Maintenance and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.
• CAMT or equivalent required.
• Lead Abatement Supervisor Certification preferred.
