Overview

The Ledger Review Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, reconciling, and maintaining accurate resident ledgers across multiple properties to ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and accounting standards. This position requires close collaboration with site teams, accounting, and management to identify and correct discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial documentation.

  • Conduct detailed reviews of resident ledgers for accuracy.
  • Process and document approved ledger corrections.
  • Track and follow up on pending corrections with on-site teams.
  • Maintain organized records of all ledger adjustments in Yardi.
  • Audit move-in and move-out charges for compliance.
  • Provide clear instructions and timelines to site teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for ledger-related questions.
  • Prepare findings for Supervisors and Leadership Team.
  • Recommend best practices for ledger management.
  • Collaborate with accounting and compliance teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of property management or accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of Yardi or similar software.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in accounting preferred.
