AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their multidisciplinary team, focusing on infrastructure projects across various sectors including water, aviation, buildings, and energy markets.

Requirements

• A Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent with experience in managing large infrastructure projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in design consultancy and managing design teams.
• Familiarity with NEC4 contracts and project management techniques.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management software applications.
• Customer-focused with strong client relationship management skills.
