Manager, Company Planning - Online - Remote

Overview

The Company Planning team collaborates with business partners across the organization to drive decisions aimed at maximizing sales and profitability. As manager of company planning for Online Channel, you will be responsible for supporting the brand's planning and forecasting processes, leading insightful analysis and modeling, playing a critical part in ensuring consistent and sustained growth for the brand.

• Develop ad-hoc financial models and analysis for new business initiatives.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve problems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Finance and/or Planning & Inventory Management.
• Demonstrated results in delivering Sales and Margin goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with accountability for results.
• Ability to analyze complex situations to drive solutions.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Essbase, Omniture, PowerBI, and Anaplan is a plus.
