In Short

  • Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine MQL to SQL conversion strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation tools.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and customer pain points.
  • Meet and exceed monthly pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
