Overview

As a Senior Bid Manager at Assystem, you will lead the end-to-end bid process, working with various teams to develop winning strategies and ensure successful submissions.

• Own the bid process from RFIs, RFPs, PQQs, ITTs, and ITNs to client presentations.
• Develop winning strategies in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
• Manage virtual bid teams across sales, marketing, finance, legal, and project management.

• Ensure commercial viability by preparing pricing models and managing risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of bid management experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong strategic commercial awareness, ideally with NEC 3/4 contracts.
• Proven success in developing and leading winning bids.
• Excellent project management techniques.
• Outstanding writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• A natural multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• APMP Foundation (Practitioner or Professional level desirable).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
