Product Intake Manager - Remote

Overview

The main function of this role is to help alleviate the pain points in the Product Intake process for Business Development, Account Management, and Operations. Today’s process the Product team plays a passive role in the Intake process and are only brought into the conversation if there is an issue or question. The proposal is to have the product team manage all the product Intakes across the business. Involving the Product team upfront will alleviate some of the unnecessary Intakes that are logged. It will facilitate open conversations and bring a level of understanding of what our clients/users are asking for from the Product. It will also allow the Product team to represent all parties in the estimation meeting alleviating that time commitment from multiple teams. This would be a hybrid role with Project Management, BA, and Product skills needed.
