Overview

The Account Manager cultivates and maintains AssistRx’s relationship with our Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners, working closely with pharmaceutical executives to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist’s features and services.

  • Develops client relationships through regular meetings.
  • Works with Client Services to solve support issues.
  • Manages delivery of services for client satisfaction.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for sales and service.
  • Participates in client quarterly reviews and meetings.
  • Plans milestones and tracks progress.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client business goals.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
