In Short

• Act as a point of contact for prospects and customers from initial contact to onboarding and after-sales.
• Identify market opportunities for entering the French-speaking market.
• Support the market launch in France with translations and product feedback.
• Assist in acquiring and managing partnerships with reservation systems and trade partners.
• Create concepts for operations and expansion topics and implement them with the team.
• Handle ad hoc tasks such as research assignments and maintaining the CRM system.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university, studying for at least another year, and available for 10-20 hours a week.
• Fluent in German and French, with very good English skills.
• Strong hands-on mentality, communication skills, and enthusiasm.
• Proficient in common office programs (e.g., Google Workspace) and quick to learn new software.
• Works independently and responsibly from home.
• Ideally has a connection to the gastronomy sector, e.g., through previous restaurant jobs.
• Open to career changers as long as they have the willingness to succeed.
