Overview

A Pet Services company is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage and grow the company’s online presence, focusing primarily on Facebook marketing and expanding into other platforms.

In Short

• Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility
• Create branded graphics, reels, and posts using Canva
• Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and DMs
• Suggest and request additional photos/videos from the pet care team
• Explore LinkedIn for professional client outreach
• Support email marketing campaigns and other initiatives
• Flexibility to take on additional admin tasks if expanded to full-time

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management & marketing
• Portfolio of previous social media or marketing work
• Strong Facebook marketing expertise
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively suggest strategies
• Comfort with tracking and reporting analytics
