Social Media Marketing Assistant – LinkedIn & X Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly polished and experienced Social Media Marketing (SMM) Assistant to help launch and manage the social presence of a new executive-focused brand from the ground up.

In Short

• Build and execute a social media content strategy from a cold start
• Manage LinkedIn and Twitter/X accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement)
• Create and maintain a social media content calendar
• Collaborate on theme ideation and professional tone/messaging
• Draft, proof, and schedule posts in alignment with the brand’s voice
• Track performance and adjust posting strategy accordingly
• Conduct competitor analysis and audience engagement reviews

Requirements

• Proven experience launching and managing brand presence on LinkedIn and Twitter/X
• Experience developing and executing B2B content plans from scratch
• Excellent written English communication with a polished, professional tone
• Content planning and scheduling tools proficiency
• Ability to collaborate and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail in grammar, formatting, and tone
• Comfortable joining Zoom calls and presenting ideas when needed
