Social Media Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful Social Media Manager who can quickly learn our brand voice and take initiative after onboarding. You’ll own day-to-day social execution—especially across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)—and help us turn attention into action.

In Short

• Build monthly content calendars for Facebook & Instagram.
• Draft on-brand copy and lightweight creative.
• Monitor comments/DMs and run simple experiments.
• Partner on funnel-aligned content for launches and webinars.
• Track and report weekly KPIs.
• Light, personalized outreach to inactive members (Nice-to-Have).
• Support Pinterest and YouTube short-form editing (Nice-to-Have).
• 2–4+ years managing Facebook & Instagram for a direct-to-consumer brand.
• Strong content writing skills.
• Comfortable editing short-form video.

Requirements

• Data-curious and able to track results.
• Self-starter with minimal need for supervision.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
• Experience with Pinterest and/or YouTube workflows (Nice-to-Have).
• Familiarity with course/membership ecosystems (Nice-to-Have).
• Interest in pet/dog-training or ability to write empathetically.
