Creative Virtual Assistant for Online Course and Social Media Support - Remote

Overview

The client is seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the development and launch of online courses, manage digital assets, and establish a professional social media presence.

In Short

• Assisting with the creation, formatting, and uploading of online courses (live + on-demand)
• Designing course slides, graphics, and downloadable resources
• Managing and updating the client’s WordPress (Elementor) website
• Setting up and automating email capture, forms, and e-commerce integration
• Light video editing and content repurposing from recorded sessions
• Supporting Instagram setup and management with a clean, organic aesthetic
• Conducting research for content support (citations, psychoeducational resources, etc.)
• Assisting with event/course setup on platforms such as Undandelion or Eventbrite
• Using AI/automation tools (e.g., Otter AI) to streamline transcription and content production

Requirements

• WordPress (Elementor) website management
• Canva and/or Photoshop (graphic design, slide decks, visual content)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Strong video editing and repurposing skills
• Social media content creation (Instagram preferred)
• Experience with event/course platforms (Eventbrite, Undandelion, etc.)
• Research & content sourcing (citations, psychoeducational material)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Otter AI or similar)
• Strong eye for organic / botanical / natural aesthetics
