Condition Monitoring Engineer - Remote

Overview

The primary function of the Condition Monitoring Engineer is supporting the company’s unique value proposition by generating high quality and actionable data and information for its industrial customers. This role works closely with product development, installation and customer support teams, as well as customers’ reliability engineers.

In Short

• Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites.
• Perform vibration data collection and analysis.
• Evaluate machinery health and condition through analysis of vibration data.
• Develop software modeling to improve data processing.
• Provide actionable information to clients regarding maintenance needs.
• Accompany installation team for hardware placement recommendations.
• Lead and grow predictive maintenance tool development program.
• Expand expertise in machine condition monitoring.
• Collaborate with product development for new solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in vibration data collection and analysis.
• Valid ISO Category II or higher vibration certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals.
• Mechanical background with industrial equipment.
• Proficient with vibration analyzers.
• Ability to develop corrective actions based on analysis.
• Must work on and around elevated equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a startup environment.
