Supplier Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Supplier Intelligence Analyst will support the Supplier Intelligence team in obtaining, validating, and managing supplier declarations and information, aiming to strategically impact customer programs.

In Short

• Support supplier initiatives to reduce support tickets and frustrations.
• Source compliance documentation for various regulations.
• Validate compliance data submitted by suppliers.
• Upload compliance documentation to the Assent database.
• Research and update supplier information.
• Handle ticket responses from suppliers.
• Work closely with Program Success to meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on new regulations and product changes.

• Contribute to team success and adapt to business needs.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of standard regulations and best practices.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
