Product Designer - Remote

Overview

Assembled is looking for an experienced product designer to join our UX team to work on software for customer support operations. This role involves creating new products backed by AI but centered around human work and decision-making.

In Short

• Create, refine, and iterate on significant new products and features.
• Mentor other designers to grow the craft of product design.
• Deeply understand user needs and frustrations through research.
• Be the steward of product experience, designing intuitive patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in B2B software design.
• Zero to one mindset, eager to iterate quickly.
• Calm under pressure, steering teams toward efficient outcomes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, quickly identifying project needs.
• Detail oriented with experience in designing complex workflows.
• Technically curious with aptitude for web front-end technology.
• Comfortable designing for systems with experience in Figma.
• Experience with React is a bonus.
