Overview

As an HRIS & Analytics Manager at Aspire Living & Learning, you will lead the optimization of HR systems and deliver data-driven insights to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

In Short

  • Manage and optimize UKG Pro and related HR systems.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics for workforce planning and DEI initiatives.
  • Identify automation opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to maintain data integrity.
  • Deliver insights through analysis and reporting.
  • Support leaders with workforce metrics and reporting.
  • Create user guides and training for HRIS tools.
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Data Analytics preferred.
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, with 3+ years managing implementations.
  • Strong HR analytics and reporting background.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to present insights.
  • Experience handling sensitive data confidentially.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Compensation analysis experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background checks required.
