DEI/CSR Intern - Remote

Overview

The DEI/CSR Intern will support key initiatives within Global Acts and the Human Resources team, gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of sustainability, social impact, talent acquisition, and diversity programming.

In Short

• Assist with CSR and DEI initiatives through content creation and communications.
• Track and report Foundation donor records and catalog CSR activities.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as email management and document preparation.
• Conduct research on CSR, DEI, and employee volunteerism best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support integrated initiatives.
• Contribute to visual design projects aligned with company values.
• Develop skills in communication, project management, and collaboration.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support CSR and DEI programs.

Requirements

• Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year working towards a 4-year degree.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Creative mindset and detail-oriented.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative environment.
• Desire to grow, learn, and develop professionally.
