HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the development of ASI in Rennes and Brest, acting as a facilitator and coordinator within the teams.

In Short

• Deploy HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Advise and support managers and employees on training and development.
• Develop projects related to employment management and internal mobility.
• Organize training needs assessment and develop skills plans.
• Participate in HR policy projects.
• Support managers on various HR issues.
• Oversee HR projects aligned with the defined strategy.
• Prepare for the Career Committee.
• Ensure the company's CSR approach in training, diversity, and promotions.
• Facilitate internal HR communication and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Higher education (Bac+4/5) with 4-5 years of HR experience.
• 2 years of experience as a HRBP in ESN, consulting, or recruitment.
• Familiarity with Syntec convention.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a reactive and demanding environment.
• Solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of HR issues and domains.
• Innovative mindset and willingness to excel.
