Staff Product Manager, Automation - Remote

Overview

Ascertain is building AI agents to automate the administrative work that burdens care teams. We are in major health systems and large specialty groups, saving hundreds of staff hours every week.

In Short

• Own the roadmap for our automation vertical, from problem definition to measurable outcomes.
• Partner with operations and engineering to translate real-world workflows into agent-executable specs.
• Define the evaluation and observability story for agents, managing metrics and escalation paths.
• Prioritize across competing customer asks and platform investments.
• Collaborate with GTM on positioning, pricing signals, and customer expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly with technical or workflow-automation products.
• Track record of shipping products integrating with legacy or enterprise systems.
• Fluency with modern AI/ML systems, particularly LLMs and agents.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with SQL and data analysis.
• Experience in zero-to-one or early-scaling environments.
• Excellent written communication skills.
