Overview

The Marketing Manager of the Parish Team within the Parish, Schools, and Small Groups (PSSG) Unit plays a key role in driving the growth and impact of Ascension’s Parish initiatives.

In Short

  • Oversees comprehensive marketing strategies for the Parish Team across Ascension platforms.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for marketing materials.
  • Coordinate and attend conferences with specific metrics and goals.
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Use HubSpot and Google Analytics to track performance and measure ROI.
  • Contribute to market research initiatives and analyze customer demographics.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators.
  • Partner with product owners and media teams to create cohesive marketing content.
  • Support the allocation and tracking of the Parish team’s marketing budget.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for digital and print materials.
  • Ability to manage timelines and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Knowledge of the Catholic Parish market is a plus.
