In Short

• Provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment remotely via telemedicine.
• Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations across all age spectrums.
• Manage psychopharmacological treatment for diagnosed conditions.
• Participate in care coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
• Support patients with trauma-informed approaches and harm reduction.
• Maintain an active medical license in New York and primary residence.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and New York State.
• 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment.
• DEA License required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable working in a fully-remote environment.
