Bilingual Licensed Associate Therapist or Counselor - Remote

• Position for a Bilingual Licensed Associate Therapist or Counselor (LAC, LMSW).
• Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients.
• Work in a Hybrid Care Model (telemedicine + in-person).
• Focus on evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
• Conduct crisis intervention and participate in case planning.
• Document all services and patient activities appropriately.
• Participate in individual and group supervision.
• Must have an active, unrestricted Arizona Mental Health License.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Active Arizona Mental Health License required.
• Experience in mental health and substance use disorders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (remote and in-person).

• Ability to document clinical practices accurately.
