Bilingual Licensed Associate Therapist or Counselor - Remote

In Short

• Position for a Bilingual Licensed Associate Therapist or Counselor (LAC, LMSW).
• Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients.
• Work in a Hybrid Care Model (telemedicine + in-person).
• Must have an active, unrestricted Arizona Mental Health License.
• Utilize evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
• Engage patients in their treatment plans.
• Document all services and patient activities appropriately.
• Participate in case planning with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ongoing education and supervision required.
• Remote-first setting with in-person requirements.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Active Arizona Mental Health License.
• Experience in mental health and substance use disorders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct crisis interventions.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education.
• Experience with evidence-based practices.
• Team player with a patient-first mindset.
