Pediatric Independent Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT) - Remote

We work with external partners to provide services to patients across the country through integrated psychiatric medication management, substance use disorder treatment, counseling services, peer support, and care coordination for seamless patient care.

In Short

• Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients aged 6 and up.
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
• Conduct crisis interventions and case management services.
• Document all services and patient activities in compliance with best practices.
• Participate in regular case planning with a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in ongoing education and supervision.
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• Must have an active, unrestricted mental health license in California.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in California.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills for virtual meetings.
• Ability to participate in individual and group supervision.
• Experience with evidence-based practices in mental health.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain a dedicated workspace.
• Good manual dexterity for using office equipment.
• Adequate vision for reading computer screens.
• Sufficient hearing ability for participating in virtual meetings.
• Access to reliable internet connectivity.
