Overview

We seek a highly organized and compassionate Patient Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients and healthcare professionals.

In Short

  • Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
  • Input and update patient information in the EHR system.
  • Liaise between patients and medical professionals.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints empathetically.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Work in a hybrid/remote capacity after initial training.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
  • Utilize computer systems and scheduling software.
  • Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
  • High level of professionalism in stressful environments.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with patients.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus.
