Overview

The Community Initiatives Manager (CIM) will grow and manage online and in-person programming related to external contract requests, promoting offerings and coordinating with various partners.

In Short

  • Manage external program logistics and partnerships.
  • Promote AHI offerings to community partners.
  • Facilitate scheduling and communication with instructors and entities.
  • Assist instructors with online hosting and tech support.
  • Track donations and manage fundraising campaigns.
  • Engage in networking with local and international organizations.
  • Manage grant applications and reporting.
  • Conduct practice sessions and provide administrative support.
  • Represent AHI at various events and presentations.
  • Flexible work hours with occasional weekend commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in arts administration.
  • 3-5 years in a nonprofit or related field.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Box, G Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Zoom.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Three strong references required.
