Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a change management role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and administration.
• 2+ years of change management or release management experience in a development environment.
• Experience managing relationships with MSPs or other IT service providers.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and service management.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, ARM.
• Experience with compliance frameworks including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
